Service Agreement

By using Royal Dry Cleaners services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All garments are accepted for cleaning at the customer's risk, and we recommend declaring high-value items for appropriate insurance coverage. Each garment is individually assessed and photographed upon receipt, with any existing damage or stains noted. We use professional-grade cleaning methods and eco-friendly solvents appropriate for each fabric type. Turnaround times vary by service but typically range from 2-7 business days.

Liability and Insurance

Royal Dry Cleaners maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and follows industry best practices for garment care. Our liability is limited to the declared value of items or fair market value, whichever is lower. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or the restoration of damaged items, but will use our best professional judgment and techniques. Claims must be reported within 7 days of collection. We are not liable for damage to garments with pre-existing conditions or items requiring specialized care not disclosed at time of service.

Payment and Collection

Payment is due upon collection unless credit terms have been pre-arranged. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. Uncollected items will be held for 90 days, after which storage charges may apply. Items uncollected after 12 months may be disposed of in accordance with legal requirements. Collection and delivery services are complimentary within our standard service area, with charges applying for extended areas or special timing requests.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and will re-clean any item that does not meet our high standards at no additional charge. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we welcome feedback to continuously improve our services. These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved through professional mediation before legal proceedings. Terms may be updated periodically with notice to customers.
