“Toro” work in progress. The largest piece I have ever worked on, measuring 36x48 inches. This is the underpainting while I’m trying to figure out the lights and shadows. Still have a long long way to go. I’m going to keep it loose and see what happens. I have encountered so much resistance with this piece. So many issues coming up because I’m not in my comfort zone. I’m making up so many excuses
Late to the party, but here's my Best Nine of 2017. I didn't expect most of these pieces to get the kind of reaction that it did. The ones that I thought were going to be fire were luke warm at best. Back to the drawing board as they would say. 🤷🏻♂️
Finally saw The recent Star Wars movie and it motivated me to complete this Boba Fett drawing I’ve been sitting on since Sept 2015. I enjoyed The Last Jedi way more than The Force Awakens. Can’t wait for the next one.
“Ornate Skulltrooper” from August 2014. I have another Star Wars character I’m trying to finish up. What other characters would you like to see me draw?
A Shiba Inu illustration for @hoppybeverageco in celebration of 2018 for the Year of the Dog.
“Elephant Head” from 2014. Had lots of fun drawing this piece. Wish I drew it much larger. It’s only 11 x 14 inches.
"Dragon Skull Fusion" swipe left to see the whole image. This was a piece back in my college days. I was heavily influenced by H.R. Giger, hence the moniker BIOWORKZ because Giger's artwork is referred to as Biomechanics. This piece is 36" x 12" on watercolor paper. Happy New Year everyone!!!
Predator mask fused with a samurai helmet. Tattoo design for a client from Dubai back in 2015. #throwbackthursday
An old sketch from 2013 that I never finished. It's a Long-Haired Hyena aka Brown Hyena, but everyone thinks it's some kind of wolf. What do you guys think it looks like?
“Skull Spade” from 2014. #flashbackfriday 💀 ♠️
“Caribou” the original illustration for the recent Pixies gig poster. I’m really enjoying metallic paints lately. 🦌
"Egyptian Scarab" from Nov. 2015. I used a ballpoint pen, felt tip pen, India ink, graphite, and colored pencil. It's drawn on 13" x 10" cold press illustration board.
Detail shot of a work in progress project. Been through hell and back with this piece. I’ll explain more when I finally reveal this piece.
“Raging Bull” from 2013. This is how I feel getting through this week. Actually how I felt getting through this past month. BRING IT!!!!

What the corner of my studio looks like at the moment. It’s a reflection of my current state of mind. The madness of juggling several projects at the same time. Like I always say, “it’s a good problem to have”. How messy is your workspace?
Baby “ Golden Snub Nosed Monkey” from 2015. This was a tattoo commission for a client. 🐵

Exactly 3 years ago, I posted this collection of the "Ornate Elephant" tattoos. I appreciate all the people who asked for permission before getting a tattoo of my work, and I also appreciate the tattoo artists who recognize my work, and have the integrity to ask for permission. However, 99% of the tattoos I see out there do not have my permission, but here's the thing...I LOVE IT! They're obviousl

“Wolf’s Head” from 2014. Probably the largest drawing I’ve completed at that point. 🐺
“Koala” illustration from 2014. Fun fact, koalas have two digits on their front paws that are opposed to each other like human thumbs which allows them to grab small branches. Also they rarely drink water, hence the Aboriginal name ‘no drink’. 🐨
“Crowned Skull” the original illustration for the @queensofthestoneage gig poster. Prints are still available from @f4dstudios
“Tigress” from 2013 #fbf #flashbackfriday I think I want to update this picture with a profile version, but much more fierce and have the girl roaring as well. 🐅 🐯
