Tighter and tighter..... slowly... less is more at this point. Ate once today, 4 Greek yogurt and 5 rice cakes pre-gym. 10oz turkey post workout. No more food until around 8/9pm. Just LOTS of water (already 1 gal deep)....

You want the absolute hardest quad Squat possible? It's this variation of the smith front squat. It removes all other muscle groups mechanically and forces the quads to do a very large % of the work. It's close to a sissy Squat, but not quite since you keep your heels down and can load it substantially more! Follow below... 🔴 stand with feet inside shoulder width and directly under the bar....

Last leg workout of prep and likely 2017! And last heavy set of legs period. Didn't feel heavy, but pretty lean and dry... supports set for safety snd I felt a tweak on 3 so let go. Felt the weight that was enough. God says back off so that's what I did...Works done and workout accomplished.

Legs day two. Don't try this at home! Flat shoe no heel elevation (shift stress to ham/glute slightly) and 455x8 (+50 from yesterday). Now moving to Wedge Squat supersetted with seated hacks for quad... this is how I keep my legs big and get lean. Nothing burns calories like training legs!!! . #teamprofx

Cool video edit @vladpetric put together for me of my 3minute 76 rep drop set to end legs 18 days out. Reps are purposely short and controlled to keep constant tension 100% on the quads (occlusion effect). Extremely painful. Hams and glutes will be hit tonight or early tomorrow.
