Well I brought shape, fullness and decent dryness in my 3rd place USA finish 2016. Brought hard grainy condition in my 4th place finish 2017 North American. Now it's time to try to put it all together for Nationals. Currently volumizing while maintaining glutes then going to push hard at the end, just over a longer period so I can eat more and come down slower. That's the plan.... . Both peaks

Shit ain't bringing me down. Some custom electrolyte caps (empty cap, partially fill with "lo salt" and pink Himalayan salt) and drink Gatorade and water slowly. Sack on fruit for vitamin content. Airborne few times a day. Toast a butter if able to stomach for dense dry calories. Lots of warmth and rest 👍🏼.

Might not have won, but this was the hardest and leanest and driest iv ever been. Made a bad choice to drink too much fluid prestage (my own fault) and had a bad reaction and mid section bloated. I'm told that cost me the class by main judging. Shit happens tho and it is what it is. Still my best ever. This may be my last stage appearance and I'm glad I was able to go out with a solid package
