Today the amazing @relax_and_rehab done some dry needling and soft tissue massage on my back. I feel unreal now 😍 I get a really tight back and find it hard to twist etc because it gets very stiff. This is painless (you get twitches and spasms but they do not hurt... they just feel very strange!) highly recommend 😍

What I eat a day when I am cutting? I am slowly cutting for summer (no extremes) so I’m slowly dropping calories etc... #transformationtuesday from cardio 🐰 to strong 💪🏽 I am currently on a cut to get back to my summer shape (left) This means I am on 1500-1600 calories, 3 cardio sessions a week and 5 weight sessions. My usual would be 3 short cardio, 5 weight sessions but around 2k calories. I am 5”2 and weigh 64kg. At my lightest (right) I was 46kg. I was eating 700 ish calories per day and running for 60-90 minut

At home leg workout 🔥🔥🍑🍑🤗 thank me later! If you don’t have a membership for a gym, travel a lot or just too lazy to go to the gym after work then give this a go. Do each exercise in 1 minute rounds and rest 30 seconds/ 1 minute in between each. I’d say do 4 rounds for a complete burn 🔥🔥🔥
