Felt really great from my workout the other day so I'm continuing to inch back into things slowly with super light weight and controlled. Slow AF today... wondering how many more workouts until he is here. Hopefully zero 🤞🏼😋 . Here's what I did: . . Back squats worked to 5-8 reps. Heaviest I did was 115lbs x 6 which is pretty light for me. Not pregnant I would have been like 40 lbs higher than that or so. . . Pyramid from 15 to 1 rep.
