I am just under 5 feet tall and my weight fluctuates from 107-115. When my weight was 107 I was doing too much cardio and had absolutely no muscle mass. Frequently asked questions; Yes I do weightlifting and due to my height, I can lift decently heavy. I rotate with a weight routine/cardio routine 6 days a week. Not including 3x a week of 1 1/2 hours hot yoga to reduce water weight and bloating.
