These maple tempeh tacos were 💯 When I first went vegan, I wasn't a tofu/tempeh kinda person, but then I realized that I just wasn't cooking it correctly! The plain stuff kinda makes me wanna 😷, but crisping it or glazing it with this maple marinade completely changes it for me. Just slice your tempeh and let it sit in a bag for 15 min with 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar, 2 TBSP maple syrup and 1 TBSP +

Spinach, bok choy, avocado, caramelized onion, cucumber, crispy tofu, veg sushi and theeeee best, creamiest turmeric dressing. I just combined hummus, dijon and turmeric.
