This is jusummarized to fit into a caption 😌 🍌Know why you’re doing it! After a much needed couple days of some screen time cutback, I’m back with this cheeeeezy avocado pasta, the ultimate comfort 😌 chickpea @eatbanza pasta with butternut cheese sauce, avocado, and mushroom over a bed of spinach. Making yoga work in small spaces part 193388228. Dorm rooms, cozy little apartments, or a generous closet, all these spaces have the potential to transform into your own self-transformation. Make it work for you ✨ happy long weekend! PS: scrunchies will never ever go out of style in my book. 📖

I’ve been hooked on a lot of the same combos lately, like this stretchy and gooey spinach artichoke quesadilla smushed in between two @sietefoods tortillas. Lesson of the week: cashews are magical. For the cheese, I just soaked about a half cup of cashews in warm water for 6 hours, and blended them with 1 cup of water, 3 tbsp tapioca starch, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, lots of nutritional yeast +
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE. Whether you’re spending Valentine’s Day with a friend, a speeeecial friend, or in the beautiful company of just yourself, this creamy cake is the perfect +1. I used their gingerbread flavor for the crust, but you can get fancy and use any flavor

I haven’t mastered this by no means, but the moment that this clicked marked a major change. It’s easy to be in a difficult situation and think, when x is over, I’ll finally be happy. Or when x stops hurting, I’ll finally be able to enjoy my life. This mindset is a

Although I’m a huge fan of going out to eat, there’s somethin’ special about being able to cook meals for yourself. When I first got into cooking, I didn’t really know what I was doing, wasn’t listening to my body, and would make meals that would make me want something more afterwards. For me, I stay satisfied by filling my plate with what I’m currently craving, which always includes plant-based f

When breakfast is dessert, and dessert is breakfast 😜 Chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie with sliced almonds. I just threw a couple frozen bananas in my food processor with a splash of almond milk plus a spoonful of peanut butter. For the chocolate, I used @thedatelady chocolate syrup mixed with a bit of water to thin it out. I tend to get bored of having the same breakfast everyday, so

My last day at home calls for a pancake stack of my dreeeeams 🌝 They're sandwiched with peanut butter and drowned in chocolate sauce sweetened with dates, my new favorite staple from @thedatelady that I found hidden at the little health food store near my house. For the pancakes, just blend 1 cup of oats into a flour, then add 1 banana and 3/4 cup almond milk or water and blend again. I added flax
These maple tempeh tacos were 💯 When I first went vegan, I wasn't a tofu/tempeh kinda person, but then I realized that I just wasn't cooking it correctly! The plain stuff kinda makes me wanna 😷, but crisping it or glazing it with this maple marinade completely changes it for me. Just slice your tempeh and let it sit in a bag for 15 min with 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar, 2 TBSP maple syrup and 1 TBSP +
Feeling toasty 😜 Just your basic avocado, tomato and black pepper. Then I added blobs of @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese and it's already been the best decision of my day so far. But also, it's 8:30am. Check my story if you want to see the finished product! Happy Monday! ☀️

Sunday brunching 🌿 Tofu scramble, toast, and a bruised avo that tastes just as good as the pretty kind 🌞 For the scramble, I use extra-firm, drain it and wrap it in a thin towel and put a heavy weight on it (books, a big pot, a medium-sized dog). Then I throw in some spices that I think will be yummy, like turmeric, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and a dash of chili powder. Add some water so
I think sandwiches are my passion 🤔 Veggie burger sandwich with thick tomato slices, avocado, lettuce and fries because #FRYDAY. I've been getting questions about the cupping story from a couple days ago.
