These maple tempeh tacos were 💯 When I first went vegan, I wasn't a tofu/tempeh kinda person, but then I realized that I just wasn't cooking it correctly! The plain stuff kinda makes me wanna 😷, but crisping it or glazing it with this maple marinade completely changes it for me. Fact: salads taste better when they're chopped 🍃 and sushi rolls don't hurt either.
