One of the squat variations I did today! Front squats using the safety bar. This variation makes front squats MUCH more comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like about this was getting in and out. If you don’t have someone helping you it can be tough! I did 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps and then 2 reps here adding the weight each time my reps got lower.
