I was way too tired to workout today but I'm glad I did (workout #30) regardless, burned 300 calories power walking for just under 36mins! My thighs feel so heavy, tried to sprint and I couldn't even do so for a full minute like I usually do! 🙄 So happy about it being our rest day for the 30 Day Ab Challenge! 🎉 Tomorrow we do 60 sit ups, 75 crunches, 40 leg raises and a 50sec plank!!! Ayeye, guys!
